If you have a new email address, you can update your Mural account to reflect that.

Note: If you log in to Mural using SSO (single sign-on), you won't be able to change your email address unless you change it with your SSO provider first. For help, reach out to Mural Support.

To change your email address:

  1. Click your avatar in the top right corner of Mural.

  2. Select Profile or My profile.

  3. Click Edit profile.

  4. Type your new email in the Email address field.

  5. Hit Enter or Return.

  6. Click Yes, I want to change my email to confirm.

Now, you'll receive a confirmation email at your new email address. You can continue using Mural without confirming with this email, but you won't receive new notifications or be able to export/download murals until you do.
