If you're looking to reach an even wider audience with a mural, you can embed a view-only version in another website you know your colleagues access regularly. There, they'll be able to see the mural even if they don't have a Mural account.
Note: Before you can post a view-only embedded version of your mural, an admin must have enabled embedding in your company or workspace. Then, you must enable embedding for your specific mural. If you find yourself unable to embed a mural, reach out to Mural Support for help.

Enable embedding for your mural
Before you can embed a view-only version of your mural, you must enable embedding for your mural. This step can only be done by a mural owner.
To enable embedding for your mural:
Click Share in the top right corner of your mural.
Click Embed.
Click Enable embedding, if prompted.
Note: You must be an owner of the mural to enable embedding, and you'll only need to enable embedding once per mural. You can disable embedding again at any time.
Embed your mural on another site
Now that you've enabled embedding for your mural, you can embed a view-only version of your mural in an external site.
To embed a mural on another site:
Click Share in the top right corner of your mural.
Click Embed.
Click Enable embedding, if prompted.
Copy the Embed link or Embed snippet, depending on what your external site supports.
Click Done.
Paste the link or snippet in your site of choice to share for the world (or your colleagues) to see!
Now, when someone navigates to the page where you've embedded the mural, they'll see a view-only version of that mural as it stood when the page was loaded. If you make changes on the mural, they'll reflect on your embedded version whenever someone reloads or navigates to that page after the change is made.
Tip: Posting a view-only version of your mural in an Atlassian product (Jira, Confluence, Trello)? Check out our article on Atlassian Smart Links.
You can zoom in and out of an embedded mural just like normal to see every juicy detail, and those with a Mural account can even click to open it in Mural's web app if they want to contribute!
Note: Clicking Open in Mural doesn't grant anyone access to the mural if they haven't been officially invited to access it.
If at any point you want to disable embedding on a mural, you can do that. Disabling embedding breaks the connection from any previously embedded links or snippets. This also prevents regular mural members (non-mural owners) from embedding the mural in the future—unless you decide to enable it again.
Disable embedding
When you embed a view-only version of your mural in an external site, that view-only thumbnail becomes visible to anyone with access to that external site. So, there may come a time when you want to disable embedding.
