You can invite guests to a room. This grants each guest access to all murals inside that room. You can invite guests to open, private, and confidential rooms (assuming your plan and company settings allow it).

Note: Guests are not supported on the Free plan or Teams+ plan. For more information on guests in Mural, check out our What is a guest in Mural? article.

Remove guests from a room

Just as you can grant guests access to a room, you can also remove them from that room.

Note: Removing a guest from a room does not remove their access to murals in that room if they have access to a visitor link. To completely revoke guest access to a mural, remove or deactivate the collaborator as a guest and reset the mural's visitor link. Read our article on how to reset a visitor link for more details.

  1. Enter the room where you want to edit guest access.

  2. Click the Members icon in the top toolbar.

  3. Click Manage room members.

  4. Click the Remove user (trash) icon in the row of the guest you want to remove.

Note: You can also hover over the guest’s row and click the More actions (gear) icon to remove them from the room.
