Note: Inviting a guest to a workspace doesn’t grant them access to individual rooms or murals. To grant access to rooms and murals, you must also invite a guest to join them.

When should I invite someone as a guest?	We recommend inviting those who are external to your organization as guests.
How do I invite a guest?	From the Members and guests tab on the Share modal in a mural. Or, via the settings at the workspace, room, or mural level.
Who can invite a guest?	Workspace admins and room admins can invite guests to the workspace or room, respectively. Mural owners can invite a guest to their mural. Other members can invite guests (unless restricted in settings). Guests cannot invite other guests.
Which Mural plans allow guests?	Guests are only available on our Enterprise, Business, Education, or Consultant plans. Enterprise and Business customers can invite an unlimited number of guests as part of their plan. Education customers and Consultant partners can invite a limited number of guests. Guests are not available in Free or Teams+ plans.
