When accessing a mural using a visitor link, you’re prompted to enter your name and email. Both of these fields are optional.
If you enter an email address, you’ll receive an email containing a link to this mural so you don’t lose or misplace important work.
If you choose not to enter your name, you’ll be represented anonymously as a “visiting animal.” For example, as an anonymous visitor, you could show on the mural as "Visiting Shark" or "Visiting Hippopotamus."
Note: Visitors accessing a mural that is part of an Enterprise workspace are not prompted to enter their email address. |
