This article covers the requirements to use the Mural add-on for Google Workspace, as well as the steps to install and uninstall the add-on. With this integration with Google Workspace, you can:
Insert a resizable image of your mural into any Google Doc, Google Slide, or Gmail email message.
Attach a mural to a Google Calendar invitation.
When someone clicks on the attached image of your mural, a direct link opens your mural in a new window.

Requirements to use Mural add-on for Google Workspace
To use this integration, you must have a:
Mural account.
Google Workspace account.
The two accounts don't have to belong to the same email address.
Note: If you're an Enterprise customer, the Enterprise company admin must enable this integration from the company dashboard.
Install Mural add-on for Google Workspace
First, you must have an active Mural account and Google Workspaces account. There are two ways to integrate Mural with your Google Workspace. You can install the integration directly from the Google Marketplace or from the Add-on dropdown inside Google Docs, Slides, Calendar, or Gmail.
To add the integration from the Google Workspace Marketplace:
Head to the Google Workspace Marketplace.
Type
Mural
into the Search apps bar and press Enter.Click the thumbnail for the Mural integration.
Click Install.
Complete the prompted steps to give Mural access to your Google Workspaces account.
To add the integration from your Google Docs, Slides, Calendar or Gmail app:
Click Extensions in the top toolbar of your Google app.
Select Add-ons.
Select Get add-ons.
Click the search icon (magnifying glass) in the top of the Add-on modal.
Type
Mural
into the Search apps bar and press Enter or Return.Click the thumbnail for the Mural integration.
Click Install.
Complete the prompted steps to give Mural access to your Google Workspace account.
Once installed, you can find the Mural add-on on your right side tool bar. You'll also see it listed under Extensions in the top toolbar of your Google app.
Uninstall Mural add-on for Google Workspace
You can manage the Mural add-on (and any other Google Workspace add-on) from the Google Workspace Marketplace.
Head to the Google Workspace Marketplace.
Type
Mural
into the Search apps bar and press Enter.Click the thumbnail for the Mural integration.
Click the Uninstall button.
