Mural can send you notifications about a number of different things. Here are some examples:
Someone comments on a mural you’ve collaborated in.
Someone joins your mural.
News and tips about using Mural.
You can choose which notifications to receive and also how to receive them, whether via email, Slack, or Microsoft Teams. You can do all of this from the notification preferences page.
To access the notification preferences page:
Click your avatar in the top right corner of Mural.
Select Notification preferences.
From here, you can customize your notifications to amplify your Mural experience! You’ll be prompted to connect to Slack or Microsoft Teams, both of which are optional. Then, you’ll see a list of notifications you can receive and checkboxes where you can select how you’d like to receive them (if at all).
