Sometimes, an idea has too many words to fit on a sticky note. When you have more to say and need the space to say it, you can drag and drop a paragraph onto your canvas. And, to help group related paragraphs and content, you can use headings.
To open the text object options, click the Text icon in the left sidebar menu. From there, you can click (or drag and drop) a heading, paragraph, or comment to add it directly to the canvas.

To quickly resize or rotate your heading:
Click to select the heading on your canvas. The selected heading will be outlined in blue, with blue boxes at each corner.
Click and drag one of the corner blue boxes to make the heading bigger or smaller.
(Or, click and drag one of the blue handles on the left or right side of the heading to increase the width of the box without impacting the side of the font.)
To rotate the heading, hover over a corner blue box until the rotate arrow appears, and click and drag the arrow.
Update a header's formatting
To customize a heading's format, just click to select the heading box on your canvas. A formatting menu opens. From this menu, you can:

Add a hyperlink to the heading text.
Switch the object type if a heading isn't the best fit.
Add a paragraph to your canvas
A paragraph is a customizable text box that gives you expandable space to type longer-form content. Also, unlike with a sticky note, a paragraph lets you have bullet point lists, numbered lists, and adjust formatting for specific words in the paragraph.
To add a paragraph:
From an open mural, click the Text icon in the left sidebar.
Click the Paragraph option to add a new paragraph to your canvas. (Or, drag and drop to where you want it on the canvas.)
Customize your paragraph
When typing text into your paragraph, the text automatically wraps underneath, continually extending the height of the paragraph.
Quickly resize or rotate a paragraph
To change the rotation or size of a paragraph:
Click to select the paragraph on your canvas. The selected paragraph will be outlined in blue, with blue boxes at each corner.
Click and drag one of the corner blue boxes to make the paragraph (and its text) bigger or smaller.
(Or, click and drag one of the blue handles on the left or right side of the paragraph to increase the width of the box without impacting the side of the font.)
To rotate the paragraph, hover over a corner blue box until the rotate arrow appears, and click and drag the arrow.
Create a bulleted or numbered list in a paragraph
Add bulleted and numbered lists to any paragraph to create visual hierarchies in your murals.
To add a bulleted or numbered list to your paragraph:
Click to select a paragraph.
Click the Text format icon from the Formatting menu.
Select the Bulleted list or Numbered list option.
