Now that you’ve been introduced to Mural and know your way around, let’s get you collaborating!
If you were referred to Mural by a colleague, chances are they already have murals and rooms you can join. In fact, they may have already invited you to join them. There are two main ways you may have been invited to collaborate: by email or by invite link. Either way, it’s easy to get started.

Join by email invitation
If you received an email invitation to join a mural or a room, all you need to do is open the email and click Join mural. If you’re not logged in for any reason, you’ll be prompted to do so. But then you’re brought directly to the mural you’ve been invited to. Now you can start impressing everyone with your ideas!
Note: If you don't already have a Mural account, you'll be prompted to create one. For more information, see our Sign up with an invite link article (you'll follow the same steps to sign up using your email invite).
Join by invite link
It’s also easy to invite someone to a mural or room using an invite link, which is a URL specific to that person’s mural or room. Maybe your colleague messaged you the link or sent that in their own email instead. All you need to do is click the link or paste it into your browser. If they sent you a visitor link, you won't be prompted to log in to Mural. If they sent you a link dedicated to members or guests, you’ll be prompted to log in if you aren’t already. After that, it’s Mural time!
Note: If you don't already have a Mural account, you'll be prompted to create one. For more information, see our Sign up with an invite link article.
