Can I pay for my subscription invoice online?

Some customers have the ability to pay for their subscription online. At the time of publishing this article, this payment feature is only available for migrated Business plan customers. Here's how it works:

  • Instead of paying immediately with a credit card, an invoice is created and can be paid within 15 days. You can also share that invoice inside your organization.

  • The invoice supports credit cards and ACH bank direct debit (US only) as payment methods.

Please note:

  • Once you choose to pay by invoice, you cannot switch back to the credit card payment method online. You must reach out to customer support to do that.

  • If you add one or more memberships and don't pay the invoice, the entire subscription will be canceled.

For more information, check out our article, Pay your subscription invoice online.

The annual option is equivalent to $9.99/mo per member but billed all at once every year. As mentioned before, this pricing is per membership, meaning that if you're paying $12, you will only have one workspace seat for a single person.
