Ready to get your team signed up for Mural and start collaborating together? After inviting your teammates to the workspace, send them an introduction email to give them all the information and resources they need.

Here's a sample template that you can customize to fit your team:

Hi Team,

As you know, I’ve been researching products that [quick note on the challenge you and your team are solving by bringing on Mural as a tool]. 

I’m excited to share that you’ll each have access to Mural, a digital collaboration tool that enables us to unleash our imaginations visually from mixed locations. Individuals can post stickies, images, sketches, inspiration, and notes to give shape to concepts or ideas.

We can leverage Mural to facilitate design thinking sessions, brainstorm and ideate, create personas and experience maps, synthesize data, implement design critiques, retrospectives, and much more. It will help build participant engagement, increase efficiency and agility, and ultimately foster a culture of transparency and alignment between our team and stakeholders. We want to be using the best tools to help us innovate and solve complex challenges.

Here’s how to get started: 

  1. In the next day or so, you’ll receive an email invitation to join our Mural workspace. Accept this invitation to create your account. 

  2. On [date], [name], [name], and I will be hosting Mural training parties in each office. [Breakfast/Lunch/Snacks] will be included to celebrate our new way of working together!
