Seeing your collaborators' cursors in a mural can be a great way to rally together around a single idea. But it can also be distracting at times, particularly if you're working with a lot of people at once. So, you can decide when to see your collaborators' cursors and also when they get to see yours to keep your focus where it needs to be.

To hide/show your cursor to others:

  1. In the mural, click your avatar at the bottom of the page.

  2. Select/deselect Broadcast my cursor.

Broadcasting your cursor means others in the mural will see your location on the canvas. You can toggle this on or off as you wish.

To hide/show your collaborators' cursors:

  1. In the mural, click your avatar at the bottom of the page.

  2. Select/deselect Show cursors.

With Show cursors on, you'll see your collaborators' locations on the canvas. With Show cursors off, you won't see their cursors until you turn the feature back on.

Tip: If you're a facilitator in a mural, you have the option of hiding all non-facilitator cursors in the mural. Just click your avatar and select Hide non-facilitator cursors for everyone. That way, those working in your mural can focus on what really matters.
