Mural's Free plan is a great way to get a feel for the Mural product and see how it will benefit your team. Since the Free plan has its limitations, we recommend upgrading to a paid plan to get the most out of Mural. Here's a list of the Mural plans and how pricing works for each.

Note: You must be a workspace admin to upgrade a Mural plan.

To upgrade your Free plan to a paid plan:

  1. Click the workspace dropdown in the left of your Mural dashboard.

  2. Select Upgrade workspace.

  3. Read through the plan options and click Choose this plan for the one that fits you the most.

    You can upgrade instantly to a Team+ or Business plan. If you're interested in an Enterprise plan, send a message to us and our Sales team will contact you.

  4. Enter your membership details and click Next.

  5. Enter your payment details and click Next.

    You may see the option to select Credit card or Invoice. Here's more information on the pay-by-invoice option.

  6. Click the Upgrade button on the right side of the screen.

Note: If you want to upgrade with fewer memberships than currently exist in your workspace, you'll have to deactivate or remove the extra members. So, say you have 15 members but only want to upgrade to a paid plan with 5 licenses. The extra 10 members will have to be removed or deactivated before you upgrade.
