If you want to send a mural (or a part of one) in an email or insert it in a presentation, you can export it as a PDF or image (.png).

To export a mural:

  1. Enter the mural you'd like to export.
  2. Locate the 'Export' button on the right side of the top toolbar.
  3. Click 'Export' to open the drop down menu.
  4. Select whether you'd like to export as an image (.PNG) or a PDF.

You'll receive an email with the link to download the export file. Print or download your export and TA-DA! You're good to go.

To export an area:

  1. Create an area by right clicking on a group of elements and selecting 'Organize into Area'.
  2. Right click on the area you'd like to export.
  3. Click on the menu option 'Export Area'.
  4. Select whether you'd like to export as an image (.PNG) or a PDF.

To do this from any mobile device:

  1. Click on the 'Share' button in the top right corner
  2. Select either 'Export mural as image' or 'Export mural as PDF'
  3. Check your email a in a few minutes to retrieve the file.

Keep in mind that your download link will expire after five days. Once those five days have passed, you'll have to re-export your mural or area if you'd like to download it as an image or PDF.
