As you're organizing a room with folders, you may want to migrate a folder to a different room. Or, perhaps you want to move a folder inside of another folder. No problem.
Note: Be aware of the different permissions for each of rooms. Mural has open rooms, private rooms, and confidential rooms. If you move a folder from a private room to an open room, anyone with permission to that open room will be able to access the folder and its content. |
To move a folder:
Click Rooms in the left sidebar of your dashboard.
Click to open the room with the folder you want to move.
Click the drop-down arrow on the tile of the folder you want to move.
Select Move.
Select the room where you want to move the folder.
(Optional) Select the folder where you want to move the folder.
Click Move.
