Intro to Mural video
If you're brand new to our platform, we recommend watching our Get started with Mural video. It's about 5 minutes long and is a great introduction to the basics in Mural.

We have weekly introduction webinars offered on Mondays and Tuesdays. We also have use-case specific monthly webinars for more advanced Mural collaborators.
Mural's Learning center (https://learning.mural.co/) offers a combination of short videos and written text. There's more of a learning path for you to follow. These videos walk you through the basic actions to take in Mural.

In-app Learning tab
The in-app Learning tab offers à la carte videos that you can pick and choose based on where you most need support. You can access this content at any time while in the Mural app. Just click Learning in the top right corner of the screen.
There are two sections of the Learning tab: Learn Mural and Collaboration Guides.
The Learn Mural section has lots of short videos you can watch organized by topic.
The Collaboration Guides section has more long-form content. These videos range in length from a few minutes to 90+ minutes and help collaborators learn and implement collaboration design.
Great news. You've already found one of our main resources: the Help Center! Mural's help center has technical guides that walk through Mural processes. These guides are text-heavy with supporting GIFs and images, and primarily focus on troubleshooting or navigating the more technical side of Mural.

You can click around to organically find what you're looking for, or you can type a keyword into the search bar at the top to narrow your results.
Talk to a support agent
Sometimes, we just need to talk to another human. No problem. At Mural, we have an amazing Customer Support staff ready to help you. You can message Mural's support staff directly from the app.
To message Mural customer support:
Click the question mark icon in the top right corner of your dashboard.
Select Chat with Customer Support.
Click Send us a message.
From there, a chatbot asks for the topic of your issue and then connects you with a real-life human in Mural support.
You can also email support directly at email@example.com.
Note: Our Customer Support team provides help in English. Some of our team speak Spanish, German, and Portuguese, and we'll always do our best to answer in your language.
