Whether you’re looking to proactively change your Mural password or simply forgot what it is, you have two main options to update your password.
Note: If you’re logging in with Google or Microsoft SSO (single sign-on), you’ll be logged in with your Google or Microsoft credentials and won’t be able to reset your password. You can disconnect your account from SSO by reaching out to support@mural.co. This is not possible if your organization has company-wide SSO. |

Reset your password from the profile settings
We recommend resetting your password periodically to enhance security in your account. You can do this directly from your profile settings page.
To reset your password from your profile settings page:
Click your avatar in the top right of Mural.
Select Profile.
Click Edit profile.
Click Reset password. A password reset email will be sent to you.
Open the email. (Check your spam folder if you don’t see it in your inbox!)
Click RESET MY PASSWORD.
On the password reset page, type your new password in both fields.
Click Save and continue.
And just like that, you have a new password! Remember to use it every time you log in to Mural from now on. If you need to change it again for any reason, follow the steps above. And if you forget your new password, use the steps below to reset it without logging in.
Reset your forgotten password
