When you start a new MURAL account, we’ll send you an email and ask you to verify using a verification code.


Verify your email

To get started with MURAL, you’ll need to verify your email address with a verification code.

To verify your email:

  1. Go to app.mural.co.

  2. Click Get started for free.

  3. Verify your account so we know you aren’t a robot! 🤖

  4. You’ll receive an email with a verification code. Enter the verification code into the verification window and you’ll automatically be taken to the password creation page.

From here, you’ll be prompted to create your workspace and start the MURAL magic. ✨

I didn’t receive the verification code, what next?

To get a new verification code, click the send a new code button on the verification code page.

Still not receiving a verification code? Please try the following:

  • Check if the email you entered on the verification page is correct and make sure there are no typos.

  • Check your spam folder.

  • If you still don’t see the verification email, your firewall may be blocking our emails. In this case, we recommend you work with your IT department to allowlist MURAL domains:

Note: If you try to log in with the same email before the email is verified, we'll send you another email with a verification link instead of a code.
