Your workspace ID is a unique identifier that is automatically assigned when your workspace is created. This unique identifier is located in the URL of your workspace. When contacting Customer Support, you may be asked for this number to locate your workspace.

In order to locate your workspace ID, just go to the center of your URL while in the workspace dashboard. It looks like this: https://app.mural.co/t/workspaceIDhere

*Specifications:

  • The workspace ID is based on your workspace name that you chose when creating your workspace

  • This unique identifier can not be changed.If you wish to change this ID, you will have to create a new workspace
