How do I change the billing admin?
Click on the workspace name in the top left corner
Select “Manage [workspace]”
Edit the “Billing Email Address” field with the new billing admin’s email
*Specifications: You can only access this if you are the workspace admin.
How do I change my credit card?
Go to the drop-down menu on the top-left, next to the workspace's name.

If you are on Starter plan and an admin of that workspace, you can download your invoices in the ‘’Invoices’’ tab:
How to upgrade members/add more memberships?
If you want to upgrade the number of memberships on your subscription, first click on the workspace name in the top left corner. Then, select “Manage [workspace].” Select the “Billing tab.” Then, select “Add/remove memberships” and select the number of memberships you would like.
How do I remove my credit card?
There isn’t a way to remove a credit card if you have an active subscription yourself but our support team can move it for you. Reach out to them through email or chat.

Does MURAL offer any free plans?
If you're a teacher or student at an accredited school, we recommend applying for our free plan at mural.co/education. If you work for a non-profit organization, you can apply for our free plan at mural.co/nonprofits. Or, if you are a consultant, you may be interested in our free plan for consultants at mural.co/consultants.
How many memberships have I used in my workspace?
If you are the admin of the workspace, you can see how many members you have in your workspace under the ‘’Workspace members”’ option in the workspace menu.
How does pricing work?
The Starter plan costs $16 per memberships per month, if you chose the monthly billing option. Then, there's the annual billing option that will be $144 per member, per year. The annual option ends up coming out to the equivalent of $12 per member per month, but billed all at once on an annual basis.
As mentioned before, this pricing is per membership, meaning that if you're paying $16, you will only have one seat on your workspace for a single person. On the pricing page, you may have noticed that it says there can be 1-50 memberships on the Starter plan. This doesn't mean that $16 a month, or $144 a year, includes 50 memberships. Rather, it means that you need to buy at least 1 membership to access the Starter plan and that you can buy up to 50 memberships in total.
On the Plus plan pricing, you will notice that instead of 1-50 memberships, it says 10-50 memberships. This means that you need to buy at least 10 memberships in order to access the Plus plan and that you can buy up to 50 memberships in total.

How can I see how many memberships I am paying for?
You can view how many subscriptions you are paying for on your Billing page. Here is how you can access:
Click on your workspace name in the upper left corner.
From the drop-down menu, select 'Manage Workspace'.
From the left-side menu, select 'Billing'.
At the top of this page, you will see how many memberships you are paying for.
How can I change from monthly to annual plan/or from annual to a monthly plan?
The workspace admin can change the type of Starter plan by following these steps:
Click on the workspace name in the top left corner of your dashboard
Select “Manage [workspace]”
Click on the “Billing” tab
You can toggle between “Monthly” and “Annual”
